Infant Sleep Question
My 9 month old moves around a lot in her sleep. She has been banging into the sides of the crib and is waking herself up. I currently do not have any bumpers in the crib but I have both traditional bumpers and breathable bumpers that I could put in. Do you think the breathable would help? I never used them with my first DC.

Re: Infant Sleep Question
DS was a wilder sleeper ( still is). We used breathable bumpers from 5 months to 15 months.

Same here -- pretty much.
He needed them around 7 months and we just took them out at 13 months and he's been good.
He was getting his little hand stuck in between the slats and so we went with the breathable ones.

Re: Infant Sleep Question
My dd is 10 months old and I use regular bumpers. At this age, she is strong enough and mobile enough that I don't think this is an issue.

Re: Infant Sleep Question
I switched to regular once I knew he was able to move himself around

Re: Infant Sleep Question
I think either would be fine. I use breathable for ds, he is 15 months. He moves around like crazy through the night & I think it softens the blow when he hits himself against the sides.
