Toddler girl clothing question
Anyone know where I can get my soon to be 4 year old leggings with a skirt attached AND/OR tutus for cheap? This is for school/play clothes so not the huge frilly tutus.

Halo Heaven has ballet style tutus for like $3 each. You can wear them over leggings from target for $5 each ;)

Toddler girl clothing question
If you want to look in store, I just got DD leggings with a skirt attached at Sears (but they are Frozen - not sure if you need a specific color). I think they were $10.

Is there a whole outfit? DD doesn't love dresses, but I'd like to dress her up for the Frozen on Ice show.
