ME! We have a serious buyer..we're not in contract as of yet..so we're still selling...

As of right now, we have a very serious buy and the offer has been accepted. My broker is still showing the co-op because we haven't gotten the 10% down and the contract has not yet been written up.
I'm going to put my link here for the co-op, which has my broker's number...
