A month ago, Teresa and Joe Giudice were handed down hefty prison sentences for fraud.
And it seems there is even more legal trouble for the cast of Real Housewives of New Jersey.
According to a Tuesday report by Radar Online, Jacqueline and Chris Laurita could be headed to court over claims they had siphoned off millions of funds from their former clothing company.

The reality show couple have been accused of misusing around $8 million from their company, Signature Apparel, in order to support their opulent way of life despite already knowing it was failing.
The gossip website obtained documents showing that Jacqueline and Chris did reach a settlement to end the dispute. But trustees are now asking for an extension to determine how funds from the agreement will be distributed.
This began when the television personalities filed for bankruptcy protection in 2009, they were then charged with knowingly defrauding their creditors and were ultimately hit with a $7.8 million lawsuit by the trustees of the case.
The return: Jacqueline, pictured at Us Weekly's 2014 Most Stylish New Yorkers in September, was cut from the Real Housewives Of New Jersey by Bravo last year only to return for part of the sixth season after ratings dropped dramatically
According to the documents obtained by Radar Online, the trustee who is overseeing the case: 'seeks a further extension of his time…in order to better understand what the potential distribution ‘pot’ will be before expending more estate resources in determining claims.'
Jacqueline was cut loose from the Real Housewives Of New Jersey by Bravo last year.

Absolutely! I feel like this season the Gorga's have taken a bit of a backseat and keep tripping over their stories about their finances and houses - they are definitely up to something, too.

the fact that Melissa cant or is unable to live long term in a house the size of their rental...please.not big enough!!
she is all about materialistic things in life, and if her husband could not give it to her she would not be with him. IMO
the car, the house..

What was Melissa saying on the reunion show about having a 12mos extended closing and the owner didn't hold up to his end of the bargain so now they own their old house and their new one and live in a rental??? That makes no sense to me.

So this tenant was a tenant with option to buy which is why he put down 25k to fix the problems including beavers living in the walls!!! And he paid 10k in rent and 10k towards the house. So when nothing was fixed he stopped paying to recoup the deposit and money towards purchasing the house. I don't understand why they didn't sell it the proper way?

I find it so odd how this season Kathy and Richie are upgrading bc Richie has been begging To move for years and then you see this giant house! Meanwhile they're kids are older and they should be downsizing. Their house is the only normal one. And in the same scene Jacqueline is acting like oh we don't need anything but family. I feel like the whole cast of nj is going to be sitting in jail together!

agree, she wants rooms so the kids can come back after they are married??
why is EVERYONE on this show building their own homes, not enough are on the market...
the homes all look alike no style, long, big and a waste of land IMO
