Winter/Spring Vacation Help!!

I’m planning a family vacation, just me, my husband and DD who will be 1 month shy of 3.
I’m considering the following:

-Cancun All Inclusive at a family friendly resort- I’m concerned that the water play and kids area will be enough to keep my DD not bored..
-Disney Cruise-- I don’t like the idea of getting off at ports and then having to do excursions and schlep DD around random islands
-Disney World vacation- Stay onsite with maybe 3 park days, sounds exhausting?….

Does anyone have any feedback on any of these vacations? TIA!!!!

I've done all of them.
Each has positives & negatives.

Cancun was very relaxing, had great food & perfect weather. We did stay on resort, but kids were not bored.

Disney... We do it for a few days & then go to the beach. This is my favorite, but we spend max 2 days at Disney & stay off property.

Cruise: we love cruises & do one every year. I wasn't fond of the Disney cruise for little kids (2&3). It is really easy though.

Thank you! When in Disney, where did you stay and which beach did you go to? I was trying to figure out if I could make 2 legs out of this vacation which includes a beach!

We've stayed at hard rock, portofino resort, and ritz Carlton. Loved each one & you get a LOT more for your $ than Disney. We've also stayed at smaller hotels and loved it (even some with shuttles). We do usually go off peak season, so we get amazing rates.

Fort Lauderdale & boca is 3.5 hr drive from Orlando. We fly back from FLL and to ORL. I think DS liked alligator watching from a wind boat more than Mickey this time around!
