I'm not familiar with anything in your area, but Cathy's Touch in Merrick is great for Baptism/Christening outfits.

Haven't been there recently, but Lobels in Sunrise Mall Massapequa always had a nice selection. Also, I believe Hartstrings in the outlets at Deer Park has some too.
