The ages are printed on the pavkage. We always followed that. They have one that is 0-3 months and one that is "up to 6 months." We always used the smaller ones when they were newborns and switched to the bigger one around 2 months or so because they stay in better since they are more curved.

We used either shape bc the nipple part is the same.

We used all different types if mams the nipple is the same on all of them just the front is different she took to all of them. I love the glow in the dark ones because they are so easy to find in the middle of the night.
