how to comfortably stop bf?

is it possible?? if so, how did you do it?

with dd, i had to stop cold turkey for medical reasons and oh the pain

this time i would like to ease my way into it. i currently pump 3 times a day for 20 minutes. should i cut down to 10 minutes 3 times a day, or should i just cut down to 2 times a day?

I dropped a pump session for about 2 weeks. Then another for 2 more weeks then stopped. I used cabbage leaves in my bra to help with engorgement. Icepacks work too. After 3 days the pressure starts to decrease.
