When to book 1st birthday pictures?
I'm confused do I get them done early for invitations or closer to her birthday and use them as thank you? Her birthday is March14. If early I would need to book soon since I guess it will be around valentines day.

When to book 1st birthday pictures?
I did a cake smash a month before her bday and used those on her invite and thank you cards. Since I'm crazy I also did pics at Target on her actual first bday.

I did them a day or two before his birthday. His 1st birthday was about 2 weeks later. I asked the photographer if he can at least have a few of the pictures for me a week later so that I can display them at his party. He surprised me and had all of the pictures from the cake smash and first birthday pictures to me in a week!

That's a great idea. And her turn around is a week so I will be in good shape.
