Had a HUGE shocker at the Gyn on Monday
I went Monday for a gyn checkup... I hadn't been in over a year since having DS-- my cycles never regulated since then, I was spotting on & off for most of July (some heavy days some light), I was dry as a desert (no cm at all), my skin was breaking out & I just felt hairier than usual (sorry TMI), weeks passed & I had no pms, no signs of ovulation at all (I used to know my cycles really well)-- ugh I could just tell for sure that I wasn't ovulating, which was a bummer because we wanted to start TTC very soon & I hadn't even gotten a normal period since having ds other than random bleeding.
I figured my PCOS was back full force (I used to go months without getting my period then bleed for months at a time-- I was scared this was happening again). Then I started to leak milk even though I hadn't pumped in months (I googled it & pretty much came up with nothing except pituitary gland issues)... so I figured my hormones were really out of wack, my lower back hurt (not cramps, it was pain) & I wanted to get everything checked out, see if I had cysts that were causing pain, see what my hormone levels were like.
Well they took my urine before I went into the dr's office to talk to him before he'd do an exam, I walked in, he shook my hand & said, "well I see congratulations are in order!"-- I was so confused. I was like "what? why?" Then he got serious & said "you're here because you're pregnant right?"...  I was SO embarrassed, I was bright red,I laughed, I was like "No! I need a pap smear, my periods have been really irregular, blah blah blah..." He was half smiling while I talked & actually got the nurse who tested my urine & checked to make sure it was mine... Then he was like "You had a positive urine test." I was like  He sent me in for a sono & it showed 6w5d! Saw/heard the heartbeat. 
All I could think is this is truly miraculous because we only dtd maybe twice the whole month I would have gotten pregnant (we were totally half assing it since I knew I wasn't fertile) & I had zero signs of any kind of normal cycle like I used to have. Never occurred to me that I could be pregnant because I had no pregnancy symptoms AT ALL so far (by this time in my last pregnancy I'd definitely had strong PMS-like symptoms, cramping, boob soreness, etc.-- not this time-- just leaked milk but in my mind I did not connect that to a new pregnancy because I had just stopped pumping a few months before). I feel like such a dummy for not even suspecting it. What a shocker!!!!!! DH wasn't even with me, I texted him "The baby is doing great"  which totally confused him because he was watching our baby at the time 
I also found out during the sonogram I have a subchorionic hematoma so I'm pretty nervous & scared of something going wrong now. I know it increases the chances of miscarriage quite a bit & the doc did seem concerned because it's on the larger side. But I'm just praying everything will work out!! That's all I can do!  I have to go back in 2 weeks for another sono & I'm so hopeful that it will be smaller by then.

Your Dh probably doesn't believe you lol
I had a subchorionic hematoma with my second (who was coincidentally was also a surprise bc I hadn't had my period in months lol)....but anyway he turned out perfect and healthy so try not to stress. I did wake up one night covered in blood bc of it around 10 weeks but thankfully baby was fine.
Happy & healthy 9 months

Congrats! I remember you being concerned about relactating a few weeks ago - I guess this is why!

I also had a SCH and it resolved itself on its own. Just take it easy.
