Maternity leave on line paper work...help
Anyone else who recently did maternity leave paperwork for DOE...SOLAS is only showing the leave paperwork, there is no FMLA paperwork online (meaning I should fill out a hard copy? I was under the impression FMLA, OP160 AND OP198 were all on SOLAS?) Of course the UFT no answer all day and when I tried at 630 they were closed eventhough their hours are until 7pm tonite...lol

I did it all online ..no hard copies needed..it actually was pretty easy..fm

No problem! It really was pretty easy..only issue was when I got back and my payroll secretary said it was wrong in the system, but when I spoke to HR, they said all was approved (I had a csection and got the 2 extra weeks)
