FSA for Childcare - Preschool?
I work p/t and I'm sending DD to preschool on the two days I work from home for a few hours. I work from home 2 hours on Tues and 2 on Thurs and her school is 2.5 hours each day.
Can I do a FSA for this? The rules say "childcare at a nursery school" is eligible but under "expenses not eligible" it lists "Education or tuition fees". Technically it's tuition for preschool, right? And I'm assuming that is what my receipt from the school will call it... But I'm working while she's gone...
I know the right answer is "contact your FSA people or the school" but I figured I would throw it out here first....

Preschool tuition should be eligible. According to IRS Publication 503, "Expenses for a child in nursery school, pre-school, or similar programs for children below the level of kindergarten are expenses for childcare."
