8 month old
what does/did your 8 month old eat? I can't remember when I started giving DS different things like yogurt, eggs, or other real foods. DD gets pureed baby food now and puffs but I can tell she really wants food. No teeth yet if that makes a difference.

At 8 months dd was still on purees, yogurt, teething wafers, puffs, melts. We didn't start table food until 9 months, but if they're ready you can start earlier.

8 month old
DD just turned 8 months over the weekend. She was not satisified with just the purees & puffs.
We started pastina a few weeks ago, yogurt, and I found some soft cookies for 7 months and older for her to chew on.
I notice that she has started to use her jaw to chew foods more, so hoping that in a few weeks we can start with some table food.
