Baltimore, MD family vaca
Looking to go away for a long weekend in the Fall. For some reason Baltimore came to mind. Close to drive to and lots to do for the kids.
Any recommendations on where to stay and what to do? Most likely only going to have one full day there since we'd leave after school on Friday and go home Sunday afternoon.
Thanks!

Walk around the pier - we went to the aquarium. you need to get the tickets in advance though. YOu could also do a harbor boat ride.

We stayed at the kimpton hotel monoco. We primarily went to see a ball game, but the inner harbor has places to walk around. Fort mchenry was close and we really enjoyed that also.

We go to Baltimore often. Port Discovery and the aquarium are wonderful.
If you have a day to spare, I would recommend a day in Annapolis. Close and also fun.

They have an amazing aquarium there. Walk the shops around the harbor. Science museum. Duck tour. Tour Camden yards.

Just stayed there this past July. It was wonderful.
