I am amazed at the strength of those parents! I don't know how they kept a relationship with her. Like someone said in the movie. I know why she did it. Just don't know how she did it.

And forget about still going on after the death of the baby. I think that would've been too much for me.

When Kate was describing Zachary going to crematorium I LOST IT! like ugly cry.

How about when someone said she killed Andrew because he rejected her, she killed Zachary because he rejected her. Why not just kill yourself and give everyone else a break.

DH & I think she slept with the psychiatrist who posted her bond in Newfoundland and also the female judge who said that she shouldn't be prosecuted for Andrews murder because it was an isolated incident!

The looney had 7 restraining orders against her from various men!

I COULD NOT understand that logic that she was not a threat to society! Um hello she KILLED someone!
So many things had me scratching my head. Yes the psychiatrist for one. How was he not looked into immediately following the posting of her bail!

And what about her other kids
What a sick twisted psycho she was.

I don't understand how the court system can break down to this degree.

Not sure if you googled by now but it's not just that she murdered Andrew (as if that isn't reason ENOUGH).

I can't see how it wasn't clear to anyone that she was danger to herself (who I could give 2 sh1ts about) and Zachary.

I was watching & thinking how much pain could one person cause the poor couple. I'm so glad they were able to pass reform - and I'm even more grateful to the friend who made the documentary & made the public aware.

when they said that she killed the baby I totally lost it!
this story makes me angry on so many levels
so she kills Andrew and the parents get a piece of him to hold onto with Zachary and then she takes that poor babys life

I also lost it when at Andrew's funeral one of his friends told his parents they have more children in them.

ETA: How funny/cool for lack of a better term was it when the filmmaker told their family priest the fathers plan to kill Shirley. The priest responded "Well, it's certainly a logical plan!"
