How long is frozen BM good for?
Just found some in the back of my freezer from March/April. Toss it or use it?

Use it! It's good for a year in the freezer. Once it is defrosted though, you have to use it within 24 hours.

Its probably good. If you have any doubt, smell it. You will know if its bad! Smells like sour milk.
