If you did acupuncture...
I'm 20+ weeks and I still go, but after the 1st trimester I switched to every other week... I go at this point mainly for stress relieve, nausea relief, and pain relief. It's 45 minutes (lately more like 30 because I can't go that long in the middle of the day without peeing, especially laying down) that is just me time.

i did it mostly to get pregnant so i stopped after about 6 weeks. i wish i would have gone longer to prevent ms but i was too tired, it was getting too expensive etc.

If it makes you feel any better I've been going since before getting pg and am still going at 10 weeks and I still have MS! I remind myself it was much worse with my first pregnancy so perhaps the acu is what's keeping it at bay!

I went up until about 10 wks. (maybe 11 wks. It was 3 years ago already LOL.) My acupuncturist said that I didn't need to come regularly after that, but that I could come in if I wanted to.

I stopped around 13-14 weeks. Would have gone longer but I had to miss a few weeks bc of conflicts and it got to the point where it was causing me more stres than it was saving me bc I just didn't have the time to go anymore
