Does anyone get a headache if they don't take a nap?
At the same time every day, I lose every ounce of energy in my body and I feel like I want to collapse. Of course, with work or doing stuff with DS, I fight it and then end up with a tremendous headache. What the hell?!
I've been noticing a pattern here. Does this happen to anyone else? If I do nap, I don't get the headache but I still feel gross.

I get headaches if I don't eat/drink enough. Definitely make sure you're drinking enough water and eating little snacks.

Does anyone get a headache if they don't take a nap?
I have been getting headaches for the past 3 weeks. Told my dr and she said they could happen until about 20 weeks. I drink plenty of water and try to take naps but that's not working. I have also used peppermint oil which works and a cold compress.

idk if it's b/c i don't take a nap, but i get really bad headaches pretty often these days.

I get a lot of headaches, I mentioned it to my doctor at my last appointment. She said that sometimes your eyesight can change with pregnancy and maybe my glasses weren't the right prescription anymore. But she also said that its just a part of pregnancy, so that could be it too.

Thank you all. I'm realizing that I drink much more water in the morning than the afternoon so maybe that is why I am getting these headaches. I just hate taking Tylenol. I'll time it today and see if it comes back at 3 on the dot lol

I have definitely noticed that I get headaches if I don't drink enough water. I also start to get them if I am staring at my computer screen too long. Thankfully my headaches have all been minor and manageable this entire pregnancy. Pre-pregnancy I suffered from really bad migraines.
