Just worried about hurricane season. I went last year in July and it was ok but never that late.

Would you go to the Bahamas in September?
I would book it and get travel insurance just in case (but I've done Caribbean vacations during hurricane season and been fine - you just never know for sure)

Ahh, forgot about hurricane season...I thought maybe you were thinking it was too cold.
We went on a cruise to the Bahamas last year the first week in September. We did have travel insurance in case something were to happen.

Travel insurance is a must! I've traveled to the carib in September. Once a hurricne hit the week before i was to arrive. When we got there it was business as usual.
You'll find less crowds which is nice
