DOE resignation
If I sent a letter to my principal today resigning would I still get my summer pay?

Yes but call the uft for instructions. You have to date the letter properly. Call asap - many are leaving for the summer.

The $ was already assigned in May. At the UFT maternity workshop I went to, they stated loosing summer pay was the biggest myth of all, since it was already earned.
You will lose back pay though.
