Aruba ATV tour- with added question
Has anybody done the ATV tour? Which company would you recommend? We wanted to do it last year, but we're only there for 3 nights and didn't really have the time. This time we're going for 5 nights and would really like to do it.
Did you get your own ATV or ride with DH? I've ridden before, but I'm always the passenger. Is it easy enough for a first timer? I read some reviews and I got a little nervous. I'm generally pretty adventurous, but it don't want to risk life and limb either.

Aruba ATV tour
I don't remember the name of the company we went with but it was fun! I was a little nervous and was going to ride on one with DH but then decided to get my own ATV and I was so glad I did. Be prepared to get dirty! I wore a white shirt that looked brown by the end of the day!

Aruba ATV tour
We did this on my honeymoon (almost 13 years ago) and it was so much fun. I don't remember the name of the company, but we booked it through the concierge at the Hyatt.

Re: Aruba ATV tour
I looked back at pics and saw we used ATV Mania. It was such a cool thing, we loved it! Went to this little hidden natural pool and went swimming, saw awesome ruins, what was left of the natural bridge, lighthouse , etc. It was such a fun way to see the island!

Re: Aruba ATV tour- with added question
I don't remember which company but it was a place where you could do a tour either on an ATV or horseback.
We chose ATV and I never drove one before but I was fine. A little slow... the guide had to keep waiting for me to catch up and it was scary going up and down some of those steep hills but it was one of the best things I have ever done in my life.
It might have been this one:

Like I mentioned above, I was also a little nervous to get my own ATV and was planning on riding as a passenger with DH. But after about 2 minutes I was so glad that I got one myself. It was really a lot of fun driving my own. It is definitely easy enough for a first timer - I had never ridden anything like that before. But, yes, I read some of the reviews, waivers etc and got a little nervous - don't let that stuff scare you. Its really not difficult. You won't be risking life and limb.

Aruba ATV tour- with added question
We did it on our hm 5 yrs ago through kini kini. We had an awesome time!!! I rode my own... I grew up riding on atvs so there was no way I was just going to be a passenger! I ended up leading the pack which was pretty cool
