Massage in 1st Trimester?
I have had a stiff neck for 3 weeks (this coming Monday will be 3 wks) and I cannot take it any more. Can I get a massage in the 1st trimester?

This... If you ask your doctor to approve just a shoulder/neck massage it might be easier.
If it's a stiff neck, I would contact a chiropractor. You might need an adjustment, which is OK to do during pregnancy (and 1st tri) but they need to know you are preggo and work with preggo's.... I'm not sure where you are, but my bff went through almost her whole pregnancy - up until she could barely move anymore.
