anyone know?
if Luger's steak sauce has anything that's on the "avoid" list? DH and I are taking MIL there (possibly) for dinner this weekend before she leaves for Hong Kong and I just was curious before I dive in and eat a gallon of it.

I KNOW!!!! I've been avoiding it, the only "no-no" thing in it I see is Anchovies, but how bad could it really be in that, I'm sure they've been cooked off!

Nevermind, they appear to be one of the better options - I thought anchovies were on the "avoid" list! YAHOO!!!!!! This summer just got infinitely better. It's like Franks Red Hot to me, "I put that sh!t on everything!"

For some reason I thought they were one of the worst of the seafoods, but they're actually one of the lowest in mercury.

I'm 14 weeks tomorrow and have been so cautious about everything... that I was aware of! I've been eating bacon - and apparently that's one of those things that really strict people avoid! For about 2 weeks it was one of the few things that I could eat!
