any sonos in 3rd trimester?
Is it standard to have any sonos in the third trimester? If you don't get one, can they still tell if the head is down?
Not sure what to expect this time. My last pregnancy I had GD, so I had a lot of sonos near the end.

any sonos in 3rd trimester?
My OB does one at 32 weeks and because I'm over 35 I get one every week starting at 36 weeks

Growth sono at I think 36 weeks. Aside from that I had them every few days once I was overdue, I think to check the fluid levels.

I had one at 29, one at 33, and I'll have another at 36-all growth
Eta: I'm 27, not high risk, no gd

I am high risk with twins and over 35. My growth sonos were at 31 weeks,I'll have another at 35 weeks.

The only scheduled one is 32w but bc I went past my DD I had one on my DD and then the next day....

Growth sono at 32 weeks. No more sonos after that unless I go past the due date.

any sonos in 3rd trimester?
My office does not do anything after the 20 week anatomy scan unless you are high risk and there is a reason to. My dr. feels from the outside and can tell my DS is head down and now this week at my 36 week appointment I had my first internal where I was 1 cm dilated and she could feel his head. I will have a sono scheduled if I go past my due date.

Depends on your practice.
We did IVF so we got additional sonograms. I had one at 32, 37, and 39 weeks. I also had NSTs at 36 and 38 weeks.

It depends on your insurance, how many sonos are covered.
You'll be able to tell if the head is down and the dr just feels around and can tell. I always knew DS's head was in my rib cage. Never a doubt about it!
