Genetic BW & Ready to Announce

That was done last week came back all within range. Big relief for us! I feel very confident moving forward and "officially" announcing soon. We are telling my SIL & BIL tomorrow night when they come down from Boston and then I think the weekend after (we'll be 15 weeks) we'll do our FB announcement.

Last night I saw one of my BFF's and got to "officially" tell her, though she already kinda knew. Silly girl started crying! My other BFF has been completely MIA the last 2 weeks with me - isn't responding to texts, calls, emails, nothing! I know she has a lot going on (and is NOT someone who wants kids) so I know that the news might not be well received, and I'm totally prepared for that, I just don't want her to find out on FB, but if she refuses to respond, I'm NOT waiting for her to decide to speak to me.

So exciting (aside from the MIA friend of course). I got to tell a few friends today and will be telling a few more including my bff tomorrow. It really makes it seem more real! Have fun!

Yay! We just did our fb announcement last night. Felt bad that we didn't tell as many people in person this time, but oh well!!! And don't wait for your friend! You're giving her plenty of chances to respond.

I never announced on FB. It was a personal decision for me. I told everyone I wanted to tell in person or over the phone because I didn't want anyone to find out on FB who mattered. Then, as people knew, they congratulated me on FB.
I think this is so exciting! Did you find out the gender, or are you team green?

We are finding out at our anatomy scan (only option my office provides). We can't wait!!! DH keeps debating about if he wants to find our at the appointment or in some special way just for the 2 of us.
