Has anyone used Diclegis for MS??
My RE is prescribing me Diclegis as my anti nausea instead of zofran bc it is safer and category A. Has anyone used this with success? It is a combination of B vitamins and an antihistamine, similar to unisom. I used reglan with DS 8 years ago when it was still considered safe so I am clueless with the new stuff on the market.

Instead of a Rx, I just took a vitamin B and a unisom.

me! Dr Kofinas would rather me on Diclegis than Zofran. I have been feeling better (still naseaus at times and have thrown up a couple times but probably because I need to up the dosage) Zofran definitely works better but I would rather take a category A. Make sure you print out the coupon from their website to brng your copay down to $30.

This is what my RE said. She did warn that it's lighter than zofran so I need to increase the dose accordingly. I hate taking meds!!! I'm trying to hold out for as long as I can but I'm happy it's there.

Re: Has anyone used Diclegis for MS??
I used it for a little while. It kinda worked at first, but even on the strongest dose I was still horribly sick, and ended up taking Zofran, which I didn't want to do because Dicelgis is category A.
It's a safe drug so it's worth trying. It did make me super tired though. And like someone mentioned, print out the coupon from the website because it is $$$.
Hope you feel better soon
