Welcome MS!
Just put my sea bands on so I can eat dinner. No yacking but I feel so gaggy! Any ideas for breakfast? Dry cereals? I usually have a banana and a KIND bar but that's not going to fly if I am feeling like this. And I forgot to ask my RE for zofran at today's appt! I am hoping these sea bands give me some relief to get through tomorrow.

Welcome MS!
I eat a bagel every morning on my way to work. Intake synthroid in the morning as soon as I get up and can't eat for an hour after so the bagel is my savior. Helps at least for a little with the nausea.

Welcome MS!
I keep dry cereal beside my bed for my early morning pee wake ups... Then I usually eat some fruit after my real wake up.

Welcome MS!
I would try ginger tea since it is calming for the stomach. Also a probiotic "tummy tune up" (use Google) is known to be safe during pregnancy and ease morning sickness! I would ask your doctor. Never tried but the girl who sits next to me at work takes 2 each day and swears by them! :)

Re: Welcome MS!
I am shocked how well the sea bands are helping. I have indigestion but it took the edge off the nausea.

I think I had a bagel toasted with butter everyday from weeks 6-10.

Welcome MS!
I feel for u. In in my second tri now so it's not as bed. But my ms kicked in full force at 6 weeks. It wasn't till I had to go to the hospital that I realized I had to eat breakfast on time to avoid the ms. It worked must of the time. Zofran is also very helpful. But it did have some side effects for me. Like headaches.

As far as food. Eat whatever u can stomach. For me it was bagel with one egg most days. I couldn't stand the sight or texture of oatmeal or farina. So mostly it was crunchy carbs.
