Baby Brain
Holy Moly it's a real honest to goodness thing! I got to the quarry this morning to OK the slab for our countertop and realized that my engagement and wedding bands weren't on. I retraced my steps all over the quarry just to make sure they didn't fall off at some point (fat chance), I'm 100% sure that I just forgot to put them back on after taking them off to wash my hands. I'm still completely freaking out here. The quarry was a half hour farther east of work, so I went there then came straight to work to check in... I'm seriously debating about going home to get them... I'll give it another 10 minutes and see if I can wait it out. 
My MIL is there, but I do NOT want to call her to go into my bedroom, nor do I want her to know that I did this without knowing 100% that they are there.
