Can you recommend your prenatal?
I'm currently on VitaMed prescription prenatal but I do not like all of the additives like titanium dioxide and blue and red dyes.
Looking for a more natural prenatal with a good dose of folic acid and DHA.

Not sure if this is a more natural option, but I take the VitaFusion gummy prenatals.

kofinas recommends new chapter perfect prenatal and eskimo 3 fish oil/dha.

Can you recommend your prenatal?
I'm taking Vitamin Code Raw prenatal. Good so far, I open them up and put it in orange juice. It doesn't have DHA thought, I take a separate pill for that.

I took New Chapter. Love them. Only prenatal that didn't make me nauseous and i could take it on an empty stomach.

Can you recommend your prenatal?
I'm on 3 diff pills, prenatal fish oil dhA, a general prenatal, and then a methylinated b/folic acid. I get them all from my acu, the general prenatal is from Douglass laboratories, the methyl is Methyl Protect from Xymogen. I don't remember the dhA.

I took vitafol one while pregnant. Not sure if they contain the things you are trying to avoid, but I can tell you that they were easy to swallow, didn't leave my breath smelling fishy, and they never made me nauseous.

I like citranatal assure.you can usually just ask you ob for samples every time you go.
