I am thinking of a creative way to tell my 2nd Grade class that I am pregnant. Any creative ideas?

I just played a game of hang man with my first graders during our word work time. The message was " Mrs......is having a baby in June." they were so excited, then I showed them the ultrasound pics.
ETA: after i told them, one of the girls said "that makes sense because you used to have a waist". Be ready for anything.

I am overweight...and my students are still asking me when I'm having the baby...despite the pics of her hanging up in the classroom.

I made a word search on puzzlemaker.com. I used all school words like chalk, crayons etc.....they all the letters that were left spelled out that Mrs. so and so....is having a baby. I teach 5th grade and they LOVED it. My girls were so into my pregnancy the whole year. Good luck!

OMG, I can't believe he/she said that!
yea i was pretty shocked by it. She was this quiet Haitian girl who had a strong accent. I knew she didn't mean it. She felt really bad after saying it. She kept apologizing!!

My 8th graders were also very into the pregnancy. They found out in Feb or March and I left the school year 6 weeks early in April. They threw me a going-away/babyshower. They bought the baby so many nice gifts.
I still get emails from them all the time.
