Buy Buy Baby or Babies R Us?
Ok, where did you register? This is my second, but my first will be almost 5, so there are some things we will need new and my mom convinced me I should register again. The first time I registered at BRU. I'm debating between Buy Buy Baby and Babies R Us.

BBB. I've never really had good experiences with BRU and have heard horror stories about their customer service.

Buy Buy Baby or Babies R Us?
I went with BRU only bc I've had friends register at BBB and I felt like getting to the store was extremely inconvenient. I live no where near one. There is a BRU every few miles so I figured it would be easier for my friends/family. I had no problems with them either. I personally dealt with the Commack store and they were sweet as could be every time I went in. So was the one in Bohemia when I went back in with $500 worth of returns, to the point where when she was scanning some items it wasn't from BRU and she was bagging things separate of what came from Target, what came from Walmart, etc bc she recognized who sold it.

Same. Plus I think BBB has better quality products and brands and I like the layout of the store better and i like shopping that store more than bru.

BRU was a nightmare to deal with on every level. I would only do BBB if I could do it over again.

I did BRU with my first and set up another for my second just for myself...I had no problems with them what so ever..I mainly go to the one in masssapequa

We went with BBB. Babies R Us always gives me a headache - I don't like how they're set up. BBB has been a great experience so far and I love the store layout, products, etc.

I registered at BRU because it's more convenient for my guests. I'm hoping my experience with them concerning exchanges/returns won't be so bad.

BRU. No complaints. I've had no issues with my registry or customer service. We've returned things with no problems at all

I registered at both but had probably 90% of my registry at BBB. I prefer BBB over BRU.

Buy Buy Baby or Babies R Us?
I registered at both but most of my stuff was at BBB. I liked their brands and selection better. I did a smaller BRU one just to give people another option. BBB was really good with returns and their customer service was amazing. I can't speak for BRU yet, I have some returns for there but my shower was just last weekend so I have not had a chance to get there yet.
