Calories??
How many calories are you ladies shooting for in your second trimester? How many do you think you really take in?

Calories??
I ate exactly the same when I was pregnant as I did when I was not pregnant - my activity level decreased slightly. I had a healthy bmi, gained 23-24 pounds, and my son was 8 pounds 4 ounces.
You really only need 200-300 extra calories a day.

Haven't been counting calories - I try and have small meals throughout the day and healthy snacks. I also have random treats but in general I eat as much as I did pre-pregnancy, just a lot more fruit.

i dont count calories, i just try to be smart about what i eat
i try to eat smaller meals/snacks instead of pigging out during breakfast/lunch and dinner.
