Renting a car in puerto Rico?
Still not sure if we're going but do you have to rent a car to get around or is it easier just to take a cab? I've been looking on trip advisor at reviews and it's so confusing. So may pros and cons about one hotel I'm looking at. I haven't planned a vacation in years and don't want to screw up and be sorry.

We didn't rent a car while we were there. Cabs were very easy to get.

We did the same thing. We stayed for 6/7 days and we used a cab the whole time.

I wouldn't rent a car. We did years ago, and the drivers were crazy there, and some roads were unmarked. It would be easier not to drive

We were in PR earlier this year and rented a car. It was really cheap and it allowed us to travel to different places easily. We didn't think the drivers were crazy. In some part of PR it was like driving in the city. The GPS was not accurate a few times but we made due. I would definitely rent a car again. I think it really depends on what you want to do while you are there. Let me know if I can help!
