Please suggest a park in FL for a 3yo thats not disney ...
going to Florida in the end of may to visit family and we will have 2-3 days of "free" time. I want to take DD who is a little over 3 to some kind of amusement park. I am leaning more towards a water park since she loves the water and none of my family members have a pool I was thinking lego land but not sure how good it is.

Is there a reason why you don't want Disney? It's a great age for her to go.

If you are looking for inexpensive, try Coco Key in Orlando. Part of it is covered from the hot sun, and it looks fun. They often have Groupon or Living Social deals. Wet n Wild looks fun also. I think the Disney waterparks are the most fun to be honest. You wouldn't catch me in a Sea World park, so Aquatica would be out for me personally. I've never been to Lego Land, but I believe it's about 45 minutes from Orlando? I could be wrong though. It looks cute

honestly most of the reason is because I want her to do the princess make over thing and she has no hair so I want to wait another year (yes I am crazy ) also my mom is coming with us but my dad isn't and they want to take all the grandkids to Disney so we decided to wait till do it to then.

thanks for the input me and DH are on the fence about sea world after the docmentray and I am pretty sure he wont take her there.
I will look into the Disney water parks that should be ok to go to ... I just didn't want to do Magic kingdom, hollywood studios etc.
where we are staying is about 45 minutes maybe less from Orlando so lego land may actually be close to us depending which way its from Orlando so I will look into that!

Well, you will pay admission for each park, so it wouldn't be worth it to do 2 in a day IMO. I really liked them both to be honest! Blizzard Beach has a mini golf course right outside, so that would be fun to do after.

I know I'm in the minority, and I may get flamed, but we love Seaworld. My kids would probably rather go there then Disney even.

We met a dad at a park in Boca last week and he took his kids to Legoland and said it was great. I wanted to go there but it was out of the way for us.
