Tylenol PM
My OB said I can try Tylenol PM because I'm not sleeping or waking up and unable to fall back to sleep. I just want to know if it actually works. I'm fearful it will make more more tired but the discomforts keeping me awake will still be there and then i will be worse off. I can't nap during the day as I have 2 other kids so feeling more exhausted would be very bad. Plus I have to drive them to various things so I can't afford to be more sleepy.

Re: Tylenol PM
I took it while PG. It didn't help me to fall asleep, but helped me stay asleep or fall back to sleep if I woke up. Start with just 1, and then you can increase to 2 if you need. 2 right off the bat may make you feel hung over the next day.

Re: Tylenol PM
Never took while pregnant but I always hated how it made me feel. You have to get over 8 hours sleep to not feel groggy and crappy the next day. It does make you fall asleep.
