any correlation...
between the more painful lower abdomen braxton hicks and actual start of labor?
I am 37 weeks tomorrow and not looking to go into labor this week but also this week the braxton hicks went from being soley at the upper area of my belly and not hurting to being lower down and more like cramping.
This is my second but I don't recall any of this with my first.
My dr told me today not to go into labor this week because he's going to look at colleges with his daughter...lol

Crashing. My 2 nd was totally different feelings and my real labor contractions were exactly the same just more frequent and stronger. I had been having I guess Braxton hicks for 2 months prior. Every night I thought I would have her lol. They were cramps. Not lighting pains like dd1.

Re: any correlation...
Had painful Braxton hicks with both my pregnancies the last few weeks. I had so much pressure in my belly at times. Some felt like true contractions And would come and go. My first was a day early and my second was 6 days late. I knew with both that it was true contractions when my labor started.
