LOL, pretty much this. I feel like an old lady every time I stand up after sitting or laying down for a while. I get so much pressure around my groin area, it's crazy. I keep telling myself I need to start doing prenatal yoga or something cause it's bad! I have no muscle strength anymore and just constantly feel like I need to stretch. I'm 27 weeks... I can only imagine it will get worse from here!

Re: pressure on top of your pubic bone?
Yup! Especially the last few days. Pressure there, pressure in my lower abdomen. I spoke to my neighbor who is a nurse at obgyn and she said it's completely normal because so much is stretching down there and growing.
For the pressure I've been having especially w/ the stomach area, I just got a belly support belt which has been helping a bit. That and laying down whenever I feel that way helps.

It's You Babe Mini Cradle - http://www.amazon.com/Its-You-Babe-Cradle-181-225/dp/B000I5UASY/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1397491119&sr=8-1&keywords=It%27s+You+Babe+Mini+Cradle%2C+Medium+%28181-225+Pounds%29
There's a few other kinds that are much more support I think but this one has great reviews and you can't see it under clothes and for now it's doing what it needs to do. It's been 2 days of wearing it and I can notice alleviated pressure.

They have much bigger ones that look like girdles - but I've been getting so warm that I couldn't imagine another layer of it. I'll see how it works out. I just went for a walk during lunch which normally this weekend would have felt like a lot of pressure and it alleviated it. I guess it also depends on how much pain you have. Buy Buy Baby has a few other belts also, but they're $50+ and I just didn't want to spend that now in case this does work :)

Re: pressure on top of your pubic bone?
I went to my doctor yesterday because the pain just kept getting worst (felt like it was in groin area). After getting checked out, it turns out there's a bone in the pelvic bone that essentially seperates out little by little when you're pregnant - so when you're walking, going up stairs, even coming out of the car, the friction from the two bones creates pain. According to my obgyn it's completely normal, and just to take it easy when it's happening and limit that specific activity.
Just thought I'd post in case it's helpful to anyone else.
