Sleeping against the crib

My DD tends to put herself to sleep at night by rolling onto her side and pressing her face against the side of the crib. She will eventually roll over once she is asleep but if she is trying to fall asleep, SPLAT... face against that crib.
She does not do this for naps. Just at night.

Does anyone else have a LO who does this?

Update: SPLAT!!! Seriously you have plenty of room kid.

Yes. Mine used to smush her face and body to fall asleep. She's grown out of it.

yes, he sleeps right up against the edge of the crib- smushed into it. sometimes i look at him on the monitor and run in there to try to move him but he always ends up back like that. i guess hes comfortable lol

Yeah, we switched to the breathable bumpers a while ago when I first noticed she slept like this... Just to be on the safe side.
