What would you pack?
We're going to Myrtle Beach next week. The first couple of days will be in the 70s then the second half will be cooler in the lower 60s. We will have a washer/dryer so I don't want to overpack. I'm thinking two pairs of sweats, three tee shirts, two pairs of shorts, three bathing suits, two sweatshirts, three sets of pajamas and a fleece jacket for each DS. Do you think that's good? Anything you would add or take away?

I would do more t-shirts. Boys are always running around during the day and my boys get hot fast. I think during the day in the sun they'll be fine in t-shirts then you just need to throw on a zipper sweatshirt over the shirts when the sun starts setting.
Maybe even adidas sweatpants so they're still long, but thin enough and easy breathable material.
How long are you going for and what's the plan?
Always great to have a washer/dryer when on vacation! Makes it easier to pack

We're going for a full week. We're driving down, which should be interesting.  Our plan is to leave Friday after dinner and rush hour traffic and do about half the drive. Then stay overnight somewhere, eat breakfast and finish up the drive, arriving early afternoon. My DH plans on golfing every day. I'm planning on taking the boys to the pool/beach the first few days since they will be the warmest. Then on colder days we'll probably do mini-golf, arcade, magi-quest, maybe the aquarium, etc...
I'm thinking of maybe packing one pair of jeans and a nicer shirt for dinner one night? And I'll definitely throw in some extra tee shirts.

Pack one small bag or backpack with clothes for everyone so you don't have to bring in the suitcases to the hotel you're stopping at. Or even if you do bring it in leave it on the outside of the suitcase so you're not rummaging through the suitcase for clothes.
I'd probably take at least two dressier shirts if you decide to go out for dinner more than once. Even if it's a casual place. Looks good when you're taking lots of pics and dressier for a boys is pretty much a collared shirt you can throw in the luggage.

Good idea about the smaller bag. I'm going to put the kids in their pajamas for Friday and then comfy cotton shorts and tee shirts for Saturday.

I always over pack - even when we did have the washer/dryer in Myrtle. 
I'd throw in a pair of jeans and extra Tshirts, socks, underwear and maybe a long sleeve T or lightweight sweatshirt - I don't think you need 3 swimsuits each though -

Definitely more t shirts. I would bring 6 each. Your boys might wear 2 a day if they get sweaty.
Also I would only bring 2 swimsuits.
I would also throw in a pair of jeans.
