brunch shower time help!!
The place we doing the shower has brunch option. The lady said to us which I agree the party should start at 12 not 1 pm. My MIL wants 1 bc she said ppl will be late bc thats early. I can understand its a lil early for the ppl who is decorating but for a guest thats not that early. The only reason why we having brunch is because I like the place but the reg menu is a lil more costly then I would want them to spend on my shower. I fig if party at 12 we dont eat until like 12:45. if 1 then its almost 2 to have eggs and waffles... What do you guys think??

Mine is a regular lunch and is going to be from 1130-3 so I don't think 12 is too early at all

12 is not early for a brunch. are most guests locals? if so then def not too early. and this coming from someone that on a weekend at 12 is still in PJ's and havent washed face LOL

Most showers I've been to start at 12. I'm having mine later though (at 2:00) but not doing brunch.

Mine was at 12 and it was not a problem. People who are always late were late, but they would have been late even if we had it at 5 pm!

I've been to a bridal shower and a baby shower in the past few weeks...one started at 11:30 (surprise shower) and was brunch. Second started at 12 (not a surprise) and was lunch.
