SO hard to choose a girl's name
Some background...we are both Italian and our last name is very Italian as well. It's 4 syllables (but most people pronounce it with 3 lol). I really wanted Alessandra but DH vetoed it...he said it reminds him of the Alejandro song by Lady Gaga so he walks around singing "Ale, Ale, ssandra" 
Anyway, he is no help with names, just shoots most of mine down lol. My list included:
Briella
Camryn
Brynn
Serena
Dylan
Mia
Guiliana
He hasn't said no to Briella, Camryn, or Serena. Which do you like best??
Also, any middle name suggestions? I feel like it needs to be a one syllable name because of the length of the first and last names. I like Briella Brynn but not sure??

Thanks! When I first said the name, DH said it was a boy's name. Then I asked, "well what about Cameron Diaz?" His response was something like, "Oh! She's hot, or at least was hot when she was younger. It's a good name" 
I tend to like unisex names and I think spelling it Camryn makes it a little more feminine.

I like Camryn.
I wouldn't do Briella Brynn........it sounds funny to replicate the same beginning sound like that. I don't think it flows well.

I voted Serena. Pretty name.
Just be mindful of how it all flows. Since you said your last name is 4 syllables, it may be easier to go with a 2 syllable first name (like Mia or Dylan that's also on your list).
Just my opinion of course, go with the name you both love.

I think Mia goes great with our last name, but DH doesn't like Mia or Dylan  Camryn is 2 syllables though

I voted for Camryn, but I prefer the spelling Cameron. Camryn reminds me of Toyota Camry.

I will say though, if YOU like it.........that's all that matters. Pick the name you love because ultimately there will always be someone who dislikes the name you picked but who cares!.......it's your baby. 
When I named my son some people were like, huh? But I LOVE his name and I couldn't picture him named anything else.

Aren't name associations funny? The reason I dislike the spelling is because I associate it with Camryn Manheim, whom I find to be really unpleasant.

Don't judge me...I got Serena from Gossip Girl!!   So when I bring up the name Serena, DH goes "XOXO" lol
And I got the name Camryn from the book The Edge of Always.
I didn't take these names specifically for the character traits, just think they're pretty names
