for me it has to be rare/medium rare - the bloodier the better. but had to settle for medium right now

I only like mine medium and have no issues eating it during pregnancy.
I also eat sushi from reputable places (I stay away from tuna though) and runny eggs :)

I have been eating steak medium at home and out at reputable places all pregnancy. In fact we are going out to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse for our anniversary dinner tonight! YUM!

Thought u couldn't bc of listeria...or that all meat had to be fully cooked....

I ate cold cuts (not heated!  ), sushi, and most definitely medium well steak.

Medium well is most definitely fully cooked
It definitely is. I don't ever have steak (pregnant or not) that's less than medium well because I can't stand seeing any redness/blood, so I know medium well or well done both do the job.
