if your insurance won't cover it, where did u buy similac alimentum? Bj or costco have it?

Hi, before I found out that my DH's union would cover 1/2 of it months later, I bought some off of someone on this board who was selling it, so you can try seeing if someone here is looking to get rid of some.. they also have it at BJ's but the only one I found it at was the Farmingdale BJ's. I think it was like, $53 for a case. Also, you can try Craiglist but not sure if you want to go that route. Many people's insurance cover it and they want to sell whatever they have left over usually. I know it is very expensive! but my DS was a lot better when on the formula. Good luck!

We buy ours at bru. I try to use the $5 checks when we get them and people donate them on here. Then an amazing member on lif gave me a huge amount for free when her dd went to milk bc hers was covered by insurance.
There are a lot of people who get it covered through insurance so hopefully you will get lucky and they can donate their leftovers when they no longer need it.
