formula ?
How much should a 4 week old be drinking at a feeding? I feel like she just eats and eats and eats all day long.
I have been giving her 4 oz every 2 hours but sometimes she wants more than 2 oz or she wants to eat again at 1 1 2/ hours.

Re: formula ?
My DS will be 5 weeks on Friday and I feed him anywhere from 2-5 oz every 3-4 hours. He is just starting to go a little longer in between feedings at night. I also give him 1/2 oz prune juice mixed with 1/2 oz water 2x daily to help with the constipation.

Re: formula ?
They self-regulate, so as long as she's not spitting up a ton (which would indicate she's had too much), then just feed her what she wants, when she wants it.

James is 3 weeks today. He eats about 3-4 ounces every 3 hours.

she doesn't really spit up. its very far and few that she does. she is just always hungry. i don't want to overfeed her.
