Finally got a great deal at BRU
I brought in DD's old carseat to get a coupon for a new one, with that equipment exchange program they were running. I was told that the promotion was over. Once again feeling let down by them, the woman said to me, "I think that seat was involved in the recall...let me check" (it was a Graco My Ride 65). I knew that the buckle had been recalled, but since we weren't using it anymore, I didn't bother to get the new buckle from Graco. So the woman looked it up, and since it was part of the "recall" they gave me full credit for the seat! SCORE!!

Finally got a great deal at BRU
Awesome! That store is such a pita....every time they have sales running the prices never come up and then I need to go to customer service and wait in line after I was already rung up to get each and every one of my 20 plum pouches price adjusted. Soooooo annoying

I don't think so. I think you usually deal with the manufacturer when it comes to recalls. Then they will either replace or repair the recalled item. At least that is my understanding. I guess you could always call the store and check.
