Because I can... (2 photos from the weekend)
First night was in the 30s and we froze! Can't complain, we had bunk beds and real walls and building with lights and running water and two bathrooms! Feel for the ones out in the cabins with tarps that covered the windows. I had a fitted sheet on the bed, thin velour type soft blanket over that then us then the tangled princess comforter then on top of that doubled up blanket .. VERY cold!
Next day (the tree photo) was GORGEOUS! sunny and warm, clear skies. Overnight that time was actually hot under the cover!
She loved it.. I loved not being totally rustic! LOL
Can't wait to go to the next camp!

to add.. we left Sunday just before the rain started.. (perfect timing) and today woke up to 20s :( So even we here are tired of this polar vortex crud.. it officially cancelled AJ's bike rodeo at school she's been going on about for nearly two weeks!
Can't wait to go home and tell her that icky news
