Shes does. I love the red on her and I don't think the dress is too much for the Oscars. I think the boobs are too much though.

It's a viewing party he host every year. Basically for the people who weren't invited to The Oscars  He has a party to watch it. It's also an auction to raise money for treatment, care and support amongst other things for people living with HIV/ AIDS

Oh. I was wondering why she was there, but when I googled "Kim Kardashian Oscars 2014" this showed up.  I guess because it was an Oscar viewing party. Then maybe it was too much.
