Pickle dip (recipe added)
When I was pregnant with DD, I frequently made pickle dip. I just made some (I guess this baby likes pickles, too) and am patiently waiting for it to chill in the fridge.
Anything interesting that you crave/eat while pregnant?
Edited for typo

Pickle dip
OMG I may have just thrown up a little bit in my mouth...
I have such a hatred for pickles and anything pickle related... the smell, the taste, everything! I'm almost glad that my pickle aversion stayed throughout my pregnancy lol.

Re: Pickle dip
Lol, sorry! I was actually curious about what other people were eating; it didn't occur to me to post the recipe.
Here you go (measurements are estimates since I don't really measure):
2 packages of Philadelphia cream cheese (16 oz) 9 kosher dill pickle spears, chopped 1/4 cup onion, minced 1-2 tbsp garlic salt (adjust to taste) 1/2 cup - 3/4 cup pickle juice (adjust to desired consistency and taste)
1) Soften cream cheese by mixing it with approximately 4 tbs pickle juice until well combined.
2) Add chopped pickles, 2-3 spears at a time, mixing well.
3) After all pickles have been added, slowly add pickle juice, a little at a time, until you reach your desired consistency (Be sure to taste dip as you go. It should taste like pickles, without being too overwhelming.)
4) Add garlic salt
5) Mix in onions
Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.

Re: Pickle dip (recipe added)
That sounds so yummy. I'm going to look into that. I bet I could do the same kind of thing with roasted red peppers, which are my all time favorite thing.
I got a bunch of nectarines yesterday too and can't control myself.
Same thing with anything that's orange - carrots, oranges, cheetos, and clementines.

I've made this before and it's so good on potato chips. Instead of chopping up dill pickles, I just bought dill pickle relish. Super easy!

I've tried it with relish, but I prefer the texture of the chopped pickles. I also found the taste of relish to be different from actual pickles. I will agree that it's quicker with relish. We should rename this Pregnant Dip
