Had my f/u sono today and now I'm really nervous

So I wet back to the dr today bc two weeks ago I went at 5 wks 4 days bc of early bleeding.
They could see the sack but no fetal pole.
Today I went back at 7 wks 6 days
They said my uterus is extremely tilted (never had that with dc 1) and could see the sac but unclearly due to it's position. They couldn't measure it or see a hb or a fetal pole.
The doc told me come back in a week for another sono and well see what we see then.
Of course now I am a wreck. I never had his with dc1.
I know at this point we should be able to see a hb.
I'm so nervous and upset. Had anyone ever heard of this before? Can anyone offer me any advice so I can keep calm this week? Thanks girls.

I had gone at 6 week and she said he saw the sac but couldn't make out the pole. Had me come back two weeks later and things were fine. Apparently I had conceived later than I thought, that's why she couldn't really see much.
I also have a "retroverted uterus" my sister does as well. It doesn't effect pregnancy unless its drastically tilted. In all of my reading, many Drs state that the uterus basically corrects isn't self as the baby grows. (My sister had two very healthy little boys as well!)

Thanks. Everything I've read online is of course negative.
I'm just really concerned that at 7 wks 6 days they were unable to see anything.
This is going to be a very long week. Just praying this is a viable pregnancy.

I found out at my first sono (8w) that I had a tilted uterus...they didn't say how severe the tilt was though, just that it usually corrects itself as the baby grows, as the pp mentioned.

Just wanted to wish u positive thoughts! I do not post at all really.. but when I read this it so reminded me of what we just went thru/going thru.

We went to Dr. when we thought/told we were about 7 wks, baby only measuring at like 6.. told the same. Prob later than we thought.. ok.. went back a week and a half later and measuring at like 7w 4d and no heartbeat. Dr made me do blood work wed and Fri to measure levels to basically determine miscarriage.. the #s just increased slightly, didn't double.
Well long story short, she strongly felt we've lost it and had me schedule a d&c. I asked her if I could come in one.more.time to make sure before procedure and there it was.. at 9w4d heartbeat and told everything looks healthy. Baby def grew so much within a week and decided to let us hear the heartbeat..

We went thru all the emotions and hard not to research and mind be filled with such negative thoughts but hang in there!!! I Wish u so much luck.

that def makes me more positive.
im just praying baby is hiding and next week they will see a heartbeat.
they did not do new bloodwork though, so if i go back next week- i will be 8wks 6days at the next sono-i will definitely ask for bloodwork if they are still unsure.
