Please share your 7-8mo Schedule
I know this has been asked before and I tried searching on here, but nothing seems to be coming up!
Please share your 7-8mo schedule. My twins have been EBF from day 1 and they started solids at a week shy of 6m and I added the 2nd "meal" at 7mo. When did you add in a 3rd "meal"? I'm thinking about adding yogurt in between their naps and pushing their dinner back to 5pm.
This is what their schedule is like right now.
630 - Wake and BF
8 - Breakfast - Usually just fruit, sometimes I add oatmeal.
9 - BF and Nap for 1-2 hours
1 - BF and Nap for 1-2 hours
3 - BF
4 - Dinner - Veggies
6 - BF and Bed
* They also wake to BF 1-3x/night

I added a yogurt at around 3:00 pm and pushed dinner to 5:00 pm

That could work, too!
At what age did you add that 3rd meal? My boys will be 8mo in a couple of days, but I wonder if that's too soon? I can't believe how much I don't remember from my first DS!

DD was 9 months....yea there are so many things that I don't remember too!! lol

Dd will be 8 months Friday. Here is a general idea...
630/7am wake
7/730am bottle
Playtime
900am oatmeal and fruit
930-11/1130am nap
11/1130am bottle
1pm oatmeal and veggie
Playtime
2:30pm bottle
2:30-4pm nap
Playtime
5:30 "dinner" of a dinner purée
7pm start bedtime routine
730pm out for the night
Rough idea bc sometimes she naps later, we have classes, playdates. A few days she has only taken one very long midday nap.
